I met Geraldine, Sebastian & their son James a few weeks before their wedding for a pre-wedding shoot.
I was really looking forward to their intimate wedding day which all centred around the Glenlo Abbey; from preps to ceremony & the reception.
Geraldine got ready in the hotel with Seb & James & other family members getting ready in a B&B across the road. It was all very nearby making it stress free to go between the two. James was very cute on the morning but I’m not at liberty to share those images – maybe he’ll post them when he’s older 🙂
The family gathered in the old Abbey for the lovely ceremony. After the family photos, the bride, groom & I headed into the city for some fun & a location shoot. They were greeted with warmth & smiles on the city streets & we took a break in Tigh Neactain’s where I’m sure Pub Spy would give a 10/10 for their perfect pints! We headed over to the Quays, just for a quick outdoor photo when the couple were accosted by a couple of guys who wanted to buy them a pint 🙂
All to soon we had to head back & when we did, there was time to mingle before the dinner bell call.
All wedding days go quickly. One minute it’s the preparations & before you know it, it’s the dinner bell. But this is especially the case when a couple & their families are really great to work with & be around. This was definitely the case with Geraldine & Sebastian. All meetings & particularly their wedding day, were a real pleasure. Thank you guys.
